Background:-                 

                 Eucalyptus citridora plants contain glyphosate in high amount. When plants exposed to Eucalyptus leaf extract then it was found that plant biomass is reduced in significant amount.when different weed plant was used for observation then root and shoot biomass reduction is observed. Eucalyotus citridora leaves contain glyphosate.This glyphosate has an oxidant activity.Glyphosate having inhibitory effect on catalase,and superoxide dismutase because of which its external use is found to be safe and effective against adipose tissues and lowers fat cell amount.adipose tissue oxidation there synthesis and metabolic reduction is observed.Because of which cell density reduction is found.

Result:-

                Eucalyptus has oxidant property.Increase in concentrationof eucalyptus causes increased weight loss condition.it is observed that when applied externally leaf extract causes reduction in amount of fat in adipose tissue.With continues use of plant extract on human upto  one months found to be responsible for 8 pound weight reduction.this proves weight reducing activity of Eucalyptus citridora.

Conclusion:

                Eucalyptus citridora is found to be effective in weight loss which will be beneficial for solving the problem of obesity and with no side effect as it has allelopathic effect.it is also responsible for lowering glucose level which is responsible for energy gain through fatty acid oxidation which is helpful in weight reduction.
